Industrial Park and Warehousing, Bhiwandi:

The Renaissance industrial park in Bhiwandi is the first 100% legal private sector MIDC equivalent industrial park in the MMR region. The project is promoted by Renaissance Infrastructure - a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) - and is developed with all central and state level approvals.

The industrial park is one of its kinds in the whole MMR comprising Green Industrial Complex spreading over 80 acres, CPCDS TextileCluster on 62.5 acres area, red and orange industrial complex of 105 acres with 9 acres of commercial area, and a state of the art warehousing facility spreading over 120 acres – all located in one industrial complex. All the industrial clusters are designed to house built-to-suit factory building on independent plots - meeting their unique business needs & Industrial Estates to accommodate various ancillary industries.

The industrial park not only ensures 100% legality of title to buyer, but also there are many subsidy schemes and incentives provided by Government of India and State Government that are available.

Magus rendered all C2C (Concept to Completion) services with due diligence at every stage to make the project a reality. We conceptualized, designed, helped in acquiring land, got government approvals, helped in getting subsidies for unit holders and other benefits from governments, assisted in raising project funding, provided engineering solutions, and extended project marketing and occupier support services for the project. Magus even facilitated the Joint Venture between Renaissance Infra Realty with Vascon Constructions to develop the project.

The master planning of the complex boasts of Vastu compliant green layout with wide open spaces, gardens, and common areas. It has world-class road and traffic management system with wide one-way roads for less congestion, faster movement, and 24 x 7 power and water supply – all that leads to enhanced productivity.

Magus offered its vast experience and expertise in getting various subsidies/reimbursements from the Central and State Government to the individual unit holders. The Factory & Gala owners in the Park enjoy such Central Government benefits from Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of Food Processing Industries and Ministry of Textiles. We also assisted them in getting various industry promotion and interest subsidies, exemptions, waivers and refunds as offered by Government of Maharashtra. Apart from subsidies Magus aided individual units in raising funds from Banks, completing Corporate Compliance procedures and in the Registration & Licensing for their factories.
