– Hemant Patole, General Manager-Projects
I have been working in Magus Group since May 2019. When I joined Magus Group, I was working as a Project Manager. Today I am working in the position of General Manager. I have learnt from my work experience in Magus Group that there is an aspect of unity and teamwork. It has been a truly wonderful experience working under the guidance of Mayur Suchak Sir and Deepti Suchak Madam, Managing Directors of Magus Group. Both Sir and Madam inspire the employees and encourage us to be confident and respect our opinions. Sir and Madam have a unique way of bringing out the best in us, challenging us to push our limits and encouraging us to think outside the box. In these six years of experience in Magus Group, I have become a better person and a better leader under the influence & Guidance of Magus Group & Mayur Sir.

Working at Magus has been an incredibly rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. Over the past 22 years at Magus Group, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the organization, evolving through a variety of roles and contributing meaningfully to its success. From my early days as an Accountant to my current leadership role as Assistant General Manager, each phase has offered unique experiences that have enriched both my professional and personal development. I’m Suja Salian, currently working as a Site Head at Magus Infratech Pvt Ltd and I have been associated with Magus group since last 26 years, it has been an incredible journey from being a Fresher to holding a responsible position today. Magus has not only helped me grow professionally, but it has also imbibed in me the values of Honesty and Integrity which is the very Foundation of this organization. Over 2.5 years as a Project Architect at Magus, I gained hands-on experience in design development, client coordination, and overseeing project execution. I took a 6-month maternity break in between and during this time I learned importance of balance, resilience, and time management. Overall, it’s been a period of solid learning and professional growth in this company.

Magus Infratech has been a game changer as I rediscovered myself and evolved into a new version that was much more open, powerful and positive. I am deeply thankful to the management who have a greater vision with an elegant style and all the senior leaders of this company who have demonstrated to me how to shape each facet of the construction industry from concept to completion. I am happy to share that in my 25+ years of work experience with reputed companies from financial services & real estate industry, Magus Group has been pioneer & has legacy of 21+ years in serving & developing industrial & warehousing industry which also offers the best work-life balance and a culture that motivates me to continue work here.
